This place is an employment agency sponsored by the Ontario Government. They have youth, students and adult find employment. Yes, you have to have a SIN number and be able and willing to be employed or self-employed. They will interview you to make sure you are eligible. They help you with resumes, interviews, marketing yourself (e.g. on LinkedIn), career training. I found out they even use virtual reality to train you in certain careers like bar tending. You can use their computers, print up to 10 pages per day, use their phones for out-going calls related to employment, etc. The place also have several meeting rooms for their training.
