We do NOT recommend this company. We have had them for 3 years and have not been entirely satisfied. We had the manager come out once to evaluate the lawn after the lawn was overrun by weeds. The most recent incident was following the last preemergent application where they killed our thriving fescue (see photos). To further compound the problem, after I let them know about this they made no attempt to follow up or try to make things right, Clearly quality and customer service are not their priority.
