Never seen a foodtruck with potatoes before so we wanted to try it out. They don't have great vegetarian options on the menu so my partner just ordered a basic spud and it was a bit disappointing, next time we'll have to customize the potato better. But I ordered the bacon loaded spud and it was good. The size was very filling and the flavor itself was nice and cheesy. I wish they'd stop using AI on their social media too. Overall it was a baked potato, but its really nice if you don't wanna spend the time making one yourself. I would come back again, especially because the workers were so nice! read more
