Spud Wiser is the food truck to try if you are looking for some classic street eats. They have a variety of options like: fried pork chop, wing and link baskets, loaded fries, loaded tots, hotdogs, bbq sandwiches, and of course loaded potatoes. When I go, I always get the wing basket, which comes with fries, a slice of bread and hot sauce and ketchup. Sometimes I may order a small size of short ribs. In my opinion, they give you a great amount for a nice price, and the food is so amazing! Everything that's fried is very crispy and seasoned so good! Besides food, it may be a bit of wait to receive your food because it gets busy and there's only two people that run the truck. But the wait is never bad when the customer service and food is good. read more
