Horrible experience. The company messed up & had originally told me I would be picked up by 3. This man was 45 minutes late & showed up in an unmarked vehicle. No registration, permit, or signs were posted, which is ILLEGAL. I will be contacting the Arizona Dept. of Transportation. The man driving was extremely scary & being that I'm a young 19 year old woman, I was extremely frightened. Customer service was so rude when I called to ask why my driver was late & asked why I was picked up in an unmarked car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! NOT WORTH YOUR $! read more
