They addressed the issue of an overcharge after I started posting negatively but didn't care until then, and were flat out rude to me in fact. It was a nightmare dealing with them and my glasses still aren't right at the end of it all, which this is. I'd rather not even go back to discuss any of it further, and consider these hours of my life and the lost funds as utterly wasted, even beyond the visits to their office.
