I took my car to Star Wash for a full detail on Friday and had a great experience. Chad was very accommodating and easy to work with. I brought in a 2013 CTS Coupe that I had purchase a few weeks ago. Honestly, I thought it was clean, but wanted to give it the full treatment anyway... nothing like a fresh start. When I picked it up, it looked like a completely different car. The wheels (even the rotors and calipers) were spotless, the carpets were shampooed and the leather had been cleaned and conditioned. I've never seen a black car shine like this. Even after the sun went down that night, the car looked like it was glowing in the moonlight. For the amount of work done, the price was more than reasonable. When I picked up the vehicle, Chad was very complimentary of the vehicle itself. This alone makes me trust that my car was treated as if it was his own. I will definitely be back for a polish/wax every 6 months, as recommended, and for regular car washes when I have the chance. read more
