Many Starbucks of today are a far cry from what their standard five-star customer service model was 10 years ago. No, today it appears many will hire any clown to whip up a cup'a coffee no matter how poor their service is, or if their employee is (in my opinion) DELIBERATELY mumbling behind their mask while thinking it's cute as they look over at their coworker while jacking up my drink order. I'm not stupid. I know when someone is being an asshole. You do too. The difference is you (probably) don't care, and that sucks, It really does.
