My family and I stopped by this Saturday morning. It's been a while since we had a free weekend together. I've been aware of this place, but due to the location, it always seemed out of the way. It still is, but I really enjoyed our visit. It seems to be the heart of Eastmark and a go-to spot for all local residents. There is plenty of parking along the street and a private parking lot at the 'Mark Community Center. Upon entering Steadfast Coffee, there were a lot of locally owned brands being sold along with the farms' own produce. All their pastries were from Noble Bread! For our breakfast, we ordered: - blueberry muffin (our little one LOVED it) - two breakfast tacos, one was pulled pork and the other was Brisket - cinnamon vanilla latte (only available for july) - POG lemonade (only available for july) We got our items at the pick-up window, which came out very quickly! The tacos were great and hit the spot for us, and the red salsa that came with it was so fresh! I really liked my coffee and my husband enjoyed his lemonade. There is a lot of available seating at the front of the cafe with shade overhead. We opted to go inside the park area and sit by the pond to enjoy our breakfast.
