Also, tips are counted on top of tax Discovered this place a few weeks ago and got a chance to give it a visit on a Saturday evening around 6:15pm. There was a 10-15 minute wait and then we were seated at a nice long booth for our party of 4. It was a pleasant experience, up until the bill came. It might be a Chowbus thing, but they count their tips after/on top of tax which irritates me. On top of that, their tip scale starts at 18%, and of course you experience that awkward scenario where you press those buttons on the tablet while they are standing over you.
