Extremely disappointed. I relocated from out of state and trusted Steeplechase based on a previous tour. Big mistake. My unit wasn't cleaned before I moved in, my security deposit was misapplied, and I've had multiple unresolved maintenance issues: leaks in the wall and ceiling, a dishwasher hose that sprays everywhere, lint backing up from the dryer, and peeling bathtub/sink surfaces that were painted, not properly glazed. The hallways are consistently dirty and poorly maintained -- nothing like what I saw during the tour. Maintenance hasn't addressed any of my concerns, and the leasing office staff completely changed less than a month after I moved in. I normally give the benefit of the doubt and don't write negative reviews, but I'm sharing this in hopes it leads to some kind of resolution. read more
