I went abroad this Semester and found that their service was efficient and the people who picked up my boxes were extremely nice! I had limited options since there are often more people who are willing to store over the summer, but I was satisfied with the in-room service and how quick everything was! I did have to wait about an hour into my allocated time slot, but for me, that was fine since they gave a window of time and arrived within that window of time. Practical advice for the storage process: - I recommend to people who are using this service to use their boxes that they provide so that they aren't able to argue about the prices of your items. - Don't be last minute (i.e. book the appointment right before your flight) - I wasn't able to carry my things out of my room (and I don't have an elevator), the in-room pick up is worth the $20 if you need it!
