We're visiting from Tennessee and needed some wine so we stopped at this location. The exterior is nondescript and not very welcoming, but when I went inside I was totally surprised. The store is big and airy. Floors are buffed shiny, all shelf products are neatly blocked (cans brought to the front of the shelves and turned so the product can be seen). The produce department was beautiful, a more than adequate wine selection was in the store and the seafood counter was impressive; it didn't smelly fishy which is a hallmark of freshness. And the prices were reasonable. This will definitely be our first choice in shopping while vacationing in Portage. read more
