Finally tried this Lakeview gem, and it was worth the wait!! I appreciate all of the fun ramen variations on the menu. The curry ramen was perfectly executed, and I really enjoyed my hellfire ramen (added an egg). I found the protein options unexpected (pork and clam was the baseline... a new combo for me!!), but it turned out really well! I enjoyed both the flavors and textures. I will definitely keep an eye on the specials when I return in the future. I also tried the ume cider - I enjoyed the tart flavor but it was overall too sugary for me.
