I want to share my recent experience with Structube's furniture, specifically the "Jerry" table, in the hope that others can avoid the frustration and disappointment that my family and I have endured. I admit that Structube offers budget-friendly furniture, but quality of their products is shockingly subpar! In December 2022, we decided to purchase the "Jerry" table from Structube. At first glance, it seemed like a decent piece of furniture that would fit well in our home. Little did we know that this seemingly innocuous table would turn out to be a complete disaster. This August, merely eight months after its purchase, the "Jerry" table has become a symbol of our mistake. The breaking point was when my child accidentally left a piece of Scotch tape on the table's surface. Attempting to gently remove it, I was horrified as a portion of the table's finish came off with the tape. It was as if the table was made of the flimsiest material imaginable - almost akin to paper. We had essentially spent $300 plus tax on what felt like a glorified sheet of paper. Believing that we were entitled to a remedy given Structube's one-year warranty, we contacted the company with our issue. However, their response was nothing short of disappointing. They brushed off our concerns and shifted the blame squarely onto us, essentially alleging that we were responsible for the table's degradation. This type of dismissive customer service is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with a product that should have lasted far longer than a mere eight months.
