Awful company - don't waste your money! I bought a bed with a clear manufacturing defect. When I contacted Structube, they asked for photos. I sent them, but they claimed they couldn't confirm the issue. I sent more, and they blamed assembly. I corrected the supposed assembly issue, sent additional photos and a video showing the middle leg couldn't be screwed in properly--the screw just spun and never tightened, leaving the leg tilted and the bed unstable. Despite the clear evidence, they kept insisting it was an assembly problem. I even invited them to inspect the bed in person, but they refused. The legs eventually broke, leaving the bed unstable and unsafe, yet Structube still denied responsibility. Structube's customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and refuses to stand behind their products. I'd rather buy from Temu than ever deal with Structube again. Worst furniture company ever! read more
