This is specifically addressed to the boss, Alvaro Fernando Aroche. My parents hired him and this company to do a full renovation of our house about 3 months ago, and almost nothing has been completed. The house is a complete mess and my parents have been without a kitchen for 3 months now which has been really difficult for them. Alvaro makes excuses saying he has other houses to work on and has been nothing but rude and disrespectful to my parents. He was constantly asking for more money than what was originally agreed upon on the contract and telling my parents to buy certain things that he's supposed to supply. He would say that he won't work on the house until he gets more money which is absolutely ridiculous. He yells at both my parents all the time when my parents have been nothing but nice to him and his employees. My dad has asked him for help to remove items for the house from the truck on multiple different instances and he would reply "no, I'm not helping you" and yell at my dad in front of all his workers. He has even yelled at my mom many times. I think it's disgusting how he has treated my parents over the past few months. He has also cut our internet and cable wires which he probably did on purpose and hasn't even offered to pay for it. My mom finally decided to fire him and his company a few days ago and Alvaro went to the police and filed a report saying my dad threatened him and he is scared for his life. The fact that he would lie to the cops when my parents did nothing wrong really shows his character. My dad is in his 60s and has multiple medical conditions so to lie and put my parents through this is really upsetting. This is the first big renovation my parents have ever done which they were excited about but now 3 months in, they have no kitchen, the bathroom is ¼ completed, and so is the rest of the house. As his daughter, living 4 hours away, the most I can do for my parents is write this review on Alvaro so you guys can see the type of person he is. If you don't want this to happen to you or your parents, please do not use their service! It's clear that this company is incapable of handling housing renovations/services and should've never accepted the job in the first place.
