I'm a regular and loyal customer but this one experience really turned me off. I got a gift card for my birthday and decided to get my usual order. I pick it up and head home. After I finish my one half and pick up the other half, to my disgusted surprise there was a dead fly underneath my sub. My first instinct is to snap a picture and contact the owner but got nothing but a "thank you for your feedback" no refund no anything! To say the least I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this location specifically. After going to the restaurant and complaining AGAIN they offered to replace the sub but not give the full refund and claimed it couldn't have been from them due to the placement of the fly in the photo.
