From the outside this subway looked pretty rundown. But inside it was in good condition and clean. It's located downtown by the river. Downtown Charles city is really pretty but this building could use some sprucing up on the outside. It was busy for 7 pm on a Wednesday night. But there were three girls at the counter taking orders and whipping up sandwiches. They were very efficient. I got turkey breast on the 9 grain honey oat. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot.
