I debated whether to give this place two or three starts. Mostly because I had sort of good experiences. There were times back in Jan-Feb where my brother picked me up some Subway sandwiches from this location. He loved the service and the sandwich was good. The one time I picked up from here, I did not have a good experience. I came in and was getting sandwiches for my family, and I was giving the order to someone. I am not sure if the person taking my order/making the sandwich was new but he was getting some direction from another employee. He put the condiments into my sandwich before he realized that I wanted my sandwich toasted. The guy gave me a dirty look like it was my fault and he wasn't happy when I said I still wanted a toasted sandwich. He had to discard the sandwich. His fellow employee then looked at him and said: "what's wrong with you.". Not sure what that was all about but this is what happened. I haven't returned since then. Will I return? I may. I do like Subway and sometimes I just crave a hot sandwich. read more
