I want to give a big shout-out to Ivan Ivanov from Summit Fixing in Dillon, CO. He helped transform our Keystone condo from cookie cutter to custom and we couldn't be happier with the results. He installed a vinyl wood accent wall in our master, did a custom painted V-shape shiplap in the guest room and installed chevron Carrara tiles with floating shelves in our kitchen. He also hung a few ceiling fans throughout the unit. He was very easy to work with, always responsive and communicated well throughout the entire process (we live full time in Denver). The price was reasonable and he did a fantastic job. He was even able to pick up the materials that we ordered at the local Lowes, this made it very easy.
