Popped in here for lunch, though they open early for breakfast, too. Counter to order and a qr code outside if you don't like the paper menus, the TV menu on the wall was too hard to read given the glare today. Guy at the cashier didn't offer much in the way of suggestions or a friendly greeting, but did upsell me to get an iced tea.
Plenty of chairs and tables to sit at for lunch. Clean surfaces. Hot water if you want to get it at the counter.
I've had better; the gyro was beef and lamb and underspiced; hummus similarly bland and the iced tea tasted a bit earthy and medicinal, probably just the variety they brewed with was not my taste. The Greek quesadilla special chipotle sauce was mayo based and too greasy, though a big portion. The sweet potato side was tasty but colored the mouth and lips with orange food coloring.
Overall I prefer Mahmoun's taste and preparation, so despite being closer, it didn't satisfy my lamb gyro craving. read more
