The flexibility makes it easy to get exactly what you're in the mood for. The sushi rolls were also much bigger than we expected. We actually ordered less than we normally would because the place looked small and casual, but we ended up being completely full. One roll can easily fill an adult stomach, so the portions were definitely a pleasant surprise.
