This company goes by Ultra Brite or Sun Devil Window cleaning....Absolutely do not do business with this company. Run. Run as fast as you can. I had scheduled an appointment...they didn't show up...I called and asked what happened. The owner (Ron) said his employees just went home. He apologized and asked if it could be rescheduled for the next day...not convenient...but ok..I still need the windows cleaned so I said yes. When I showed up at my home, I was having photos taken... The photographer was already there and the guys had made messes everywhere in the home...large black streaks running down the walls. Not what you want to see when you just spent 40k remodeling the paint and flooring, window treatments, etc. I asked one of the employees Andrew to come and clean it up ASAP so it didn't stain. This employee copped an attitude and scrubbed the window sill so hard he took paint off...then...he just decided to leave! They had 5-6 windows to do and just left!!! All because they were asked to do a job correctly? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!? I have left Ron 3-4 messages and 7-10 texts showing the damage, dirty windows and the HORRIBLE text I received from his employee...still no response. I have asked him multiple times to call me. I'm a business owner...I get it...but it's been a week and still no phone call. Not the way to do business. No I haven't been charged for the crap work...but that's completely besides the point. All any customer wants was what they ordered in the first place...along with an apology regarding the crap employee. If Ron reads this and hasn't fired Andrew yet...I will be shocked....but then again...maybe not. read more
