Bubble tea in a random building on Ackroyd (N side), between No3 and Cooney. One of the few options in the area if one is out late. Parking is available in the lot attached to the building. Not sure about regular daytime hours, but the guy mentioned that any non reserved spot can be used in the evenings. The place is nice and modern. Bright interior and modern furniture. There is a pretty decent real fruit selection here. Not sure if everything is real fruit, but it's at least worth mentioning. As of the time of writing, they also have a 1L "mega size" available. That's a lot of bubble tea. The mango slush I had was pretty solid I must say. Yes this place isn't the only game in town, but they do have a decent product. Wouldn't mind coming back at some point.
