By far one of the worst experience I've ever had ! I called to set up my appointment, & the lady was very nice & polite. She had great reception skills , witch would've been a more Appropriate career for her to have perused . I made an appointment for 3 eyebrow waxing . The 1st picture is how she left my eyebrows . She didn't even use wax remover once she was done. I felt so terrible about how they came out I forgot my phone there ! My brother also did his but they did not come out as horrible as mine because she only did a light clean up witch is what I had asked for . After I left I called them to see if there was anyway I could be compensated or discounted the next time I went in , she said no, there's nothing she could do. Once I went back for my phone I showed her the the patches she left on my eyebrow & she really tried to say my eyebrow was like thAt !!! They then began to get very aggressive after I took my phone out to take pictures for my Yelp review. They were screaming & waving there arms at me while walking towards me , I felt attacked so I walked outside & she followed me ! She then began to record me screamin at me that she wanted a picture of my eyebrows & I told her no , too late for that. As I pulled away I seen the sign of eyebrows & it definitely was accurate on how they leave your eyebrows . Even the sign is dented in just like my eyebrows after she waxed them ! HORRIBLE !!!!
