I had to give them 5 stars and have no idea what Jorge R is talking about giving them 1 star. Home Depot?? Really??? These guys are AWESOME!!! Called them on Sunday at 4:30 pm desperately looking for the trap to replace the one in my master bathroom sink. Please remember they close at 5 pm so I asked if they would be there until at least 5 pm so I could drive over. They were so nice, had no idea who I was and said come over my friend we will wait. I brought the parts with me, Mousaf the owner was so helpful, friendly and genuine to make sure I had all the correct parts, cut the pipe so it fit perfectly explained how to do everything step by step. I wanted to replace the other parts besides the trap as my house is about 8 years old and did not want to deal with another problem for at least another 10 years. Mousa stayed after close, told me to come beck if there were any issues and demonstrated why all the other reviews were 4 or 5 stars except for Jorge R. I did not read any of the Yelp reviews before coming here, I only came because they were open late on a Sunday when I discovered the trap had a whole that happened from corrosion. I also want to mention they carry better quality plumbing supplies than Home Depot, are cheaper, are more helpful and definitely more helpful than your average Home Depot employee. Don't get me wrong, In occasion you do find a knowledgeable, friend person there although it's usually the exception not the rule. I highly recommend Sunset Plumbing supply and they will be my first choice in the future. PS everything cost me only $28 and I was able to complete the repair in under 10 minutes thanks to Mousa once I had the parts and he showed me the set up. read more
