Let me first say that the salon itself is lovely. Clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. Second, all of the technicians and everyone working there was nice, and accommodating. We were able to get appointments easily and quickly. I brought my 2 daughters in. One got gel polish and one got acrylics. The gel polish was fine. It didn't last as long as we were hoping it would but the technician did a nice job, even did art. My daughter was happy with it and it was a decent value for the price. The daughter with the acrylics did not fare as well. She asked for red/ burgundy ombré , and got bright pink fuscia swirly,. The tips themselves were put on crooked and pointing up to the sky. This was both of their first time in a nail salon, and she didn't want to say anything to the technician to make her feel bad, but she started crying in the car. I went back in with her and told the manager she was not happy with the results. The manager offered to fix them on the spot but we did not have time. We went back the next day and she fixed them at no charge. They were still not great but she did the right thing and was nice about it. We went somewhere else for fills in 2 weeks, and they ended up fixing the rest of them. read more
