Hi Yelp Community, This Review - is Specifically for the store in Greentree Plaza @ 505 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett for the Stylist "Thi" - who ought to be the manager at store as well. The Store and their staff, generates the most toxic and negative vibes for their customers. I visited them few times and below are the specific examples why I say above statement: 1) Once I was there for me and my son's hair cut, while I was waiting, my son felt like vomiting (he might have ate something) and while I can take him out he puked on floor in waiting area. After taking care of my kid, when I approached one staff to mention them about the situation - Thi simply shouted "what do you want" - I was set back. Post that, not to disturb the staff much I collected some paper napkins and covered the puke, and later when another staff came around that location I hinted them about it. This staff, noticed the circumstance and politely cleaned the surface. Post that, after 2 minutes "Thi" came to me shouting again - if it happens you have to clean it. 2) I booked my Hair Cut Appointment with Thi, over their Mobile App and arrived 5 Minutes earlier to the Appointment start time and also checked in. I was made to wait 25 good minutes post the appt time, so this itself is appointment mismanagement/ overbooking. When I was asked over, to begin my service - no basic greetings were made like - "thanks for waiting etc.", and when I asked if she was overbooked since it was 25 Minutes delay - on first count she reacted as if she didn't hear that (obviously intentionally dodging that question) and simply asked her question "will the hair cut be same way as before". I re-iterated my question and just got blunt answer - "yes there was a delay, I was servicing client before you". We went ahead with the hair cut and post paying for the service, she simply shouted with the message - "next time don't schedule the hair cut appt with me, if you want you can schedule the appt with some other stylist". I have attached here in the receipt of this Visit as record. Such toxic/ hostile behavior is not expected from any SuperCuts Salon staff, let alone a store manager. I thought a feedback was necessary, so the Staff can mend their workplace behavior for their future Clients and management can take the same with them. Till then, I would suggest to new and prospective customers to stay away from this place if you don't want a bad day post going there. read more
