Went to get my bangs trimmed; and this is what I got. A completely unprofessional badly done blunt cut. When I went to another salon for someone to try to fix it, the hairstylist was extremely appalled, and had thought I originally had done it myself. The stylist even called over her coworker to show her how bad it was. When I went to go ask for a refund they didn't give me my full amount back. Not only that, the manager defended her employee. She said everyone has a different technique when I told her what the other hairstylist explain on what she had done wrong. I guess this is a technique then. What a joke, don't go. read more
