Incredible experience! After a fair amount of research I purchased the new 2024 Addmotor M-360 II with the rear drive in red. Leo and his wife were amazing on explaining the bike and they had a green one at the shop. I sat on it we talked and it is clear their passion for the customer showed. I contacted the manufacturer about red and they said they had none left and it would be about 2-3 months. When I contacted Leo he said he thought he had one they ordered. Sure enough they had one and they had it in and completely assembled and ready to pick up in about two weeks. Communication was clear consistent through the whole process. When I picked up the trike they showed me an auto digital pressure compressor and a kryptonite lock. No pressure sales tactics. I bought both.
