Pho is a traditional Vietnamese food made with meaty broth, rice noodles, and meat. Well this place offers it. And since you are a mile from Mexico it has Mexican flair. It's not rice noodles more like a ramen noodle. The beef is a tender roast and it's in a nice broth. Fresh vegetables and lime come with it. It's fun but more Mexican beef soup with noodles than pho.
The mushroom appetizer is awesome worth the trip down from Yuma. The stuffed pepper looks great but wasn't hot enough and had one shrimp and too much cream cheese.
The sushi rolls were large and tasty. The Vegas roll was huge and delicious. The other roll had avocado on top and imitation crab and was drizzled in sweet oyster sauce.
It's a cool inside with a music theme. They are cool pictures of older rock artists on one wall and musical instruments on the other. The service was OK. They only offer canned drinks sweet tea or some sort of bottles of something. read more
