Round two and Adam took on another of my challenges. This time my son Benjamin and his archaic laptop decided it had enough. Being on a time crunch I didn't want to bother tinkering with it and attempted a factory restore but couldn't get past the boot screen. Not willing to devote a few hours to this I had my son scooter to Adam and within literally hours a new solid state hard drive was installed with a new operating system. Payment via online payment so I wouldn't have to leave my house, a couple hours and I sent my son via scooter to retrieve his now working laptop.
