Definitely a take out spot. Order ahead so you can pick up and go. If you order inside it's about a 20 minute turn around time since the food is made fresh. Plenty of parking outside. There is a small bodega/store inside. The owner is super nice. He took my order quick and made sure to separate my stuff so I can tell the difference. I ordered the small ox tail with rice and gandules and mac and cheese, large pork chops with rice and gandules and potato salad, beef empanadas, and cheese and beef empanadas.
