Granddaughter's phone stopped working. I have been a T-Mobile customer from years. #1 reason is customer service. Went to this store & they were busy, but three people working. They got to us very quickly. Paul was outstanding, listening to her issues, quickly diagnosing the problem, helping us to get a replacement. He used my phone & the 360 degree protect app to get her a replacement. Something I could have done, but definitely not as fast as he did.
