Made the switch to T-Mobile and I have no regrets. I'm officially part of the T-Life family! It took four hours to move my whole family over. Juan was incredible. He took care of us from start to finish. He was patient, thorough, and made sure we got the best deals available. He even offered for us to step out and grab lunch while things processed but we decided to stay and see it through. A few of us upgraded our phones and we ended up with some extras as well. Two new apple watches and two ipads as part of the deal for free. We also downgraded some devices that we didn't know we were paying too much for. When I say Juan was the best, he was the best.
