08/08/17 This T-Moble business is located inside the Sparks Galleria Shopping center. It is in a small strip mall on the left hand side. It is located next to the See's candy store and near Qdoba. Ahmit hit customer service out of the ballpark. He kindly greeted us upon entering the building. I was looking to upgrade my phone. Ahmit was knowledgeable, informative, polite and friendly. He showed us the up grades and informed us of their new features. He gave us all our options so that we were informed of all of our choices and how best to make it fit in our plan. We decided on the new android. I can't RAVE about him enough. I sure how he gets KUDOS from T- Mobile and his manager. While there we got to meet Andres, June (the manager) and Nicole. All of who were professional, polite and friendly. Andres helped Ahmit by going to the back and getting the extras that we were purchasing. We purchased a wireless charger, a Otterbox protective case, a screen protector, and an extra cable as the new one is not compatible with the old phones. Thanks Andres for helping and chatting.
