When I was finally helped it took way too long to resolve my issue with customer service. I guess I'm lucky there was ONE competent employee. The other one couldn't answer a question and clearly wasn't trained. What they could have done better is have someone maybe let me know how long I might be waiting. They could have said SOMETHING to me that might have let me know my business matters to them. I will say the Lacy ear nice, but insincere. read more
