I had a really disappointing experience and this is worst set I've ever had. During the service, I was cut on two nails to the point of bleeding, and the cuts were not properly addressed. The shaping is uneven (my pinky is visibly crooked), and a significant amount of my natural nail was filed down on one side. My nails are still sore after the appointment, which shouldn't happen. I was initially told I would receive a refund or credit, but was later told that they looked much better after they were "fixed" that they would give me a certificate for a basic pedicure. The video attached shows what they look like "fixed" which look better than when they were initially done but there is no coming back from the damage of the over filed side wall. I've included photos and a video so you can see the issues for yourself. I'm not someone who is overly picky, but this experience and the final result were not acceptable.
