Absolutely the worst property management company. I am an active duty service member stationed in Germany, and entrusted T Square with property management; they negligently handled tenant move-out, leaving the property completely unfit for new tenant move-in, despite charging me, as landlords, in excess of $1500 for various maintenance and move-out costs. I had to spend $5700 to repair the damage to the walls (re paint), plus additional $1000 for repairs that should have been completed by the tenants prior to move out. Let the property sit for two months in this horrible condition, vacant, before I decided to change property management companies that discovered the utter lack of work and negligence. Refused to address or refund any part of the costs. Gross breach of contract, takes advantage of absentee landlords. Attached photos are after the property was deemed "move-in ready" by T Squares and sitting vacant for two months - all in all, lost about 4-5 months of rental revenues due to negligent, deceitful actions by T Squares properties. read more
