I rarely give 1 star reviews... I do my best to give the benefit of the doubt. But this experience was one of the worst ever?!?! And I do NOT believe it is a one off... Quality/Quantity - Walked in and saw the sign that said "Please wait to be seated." So we waited approximately 5 minutes. Then, I realized below read, "Open Seating @ both bars & cigar lounge." Our fault for not reading all the way to the bottom of the sign; see picture. The only available seats at the bar were singles. We debated asking people to slide over so my buddy and I could sit together or ??? Eventually, we found two seats next to the "service well." Sadly, even sitting next to most of the employees, the service was still so terrible. Got here for happy hour. $2 off draft beers, and of course my buddy and I had to get the 22 oz ones. :) It took almost 10 minutes for a bartender to finally acknowledge us, but they must have walked by us 30 times?!?! I almost waved my hand, but I did NOT want to be rude. Got and drank our beers. It must have been a shift change as our first two bartenders left and another 2-4 bartenders came, plus a security guard (I hope he was NOT a manager). We waited for eye contact again so we could order our second beers. Nothing, 20 minutes passed and still nothing... Now we just want to leave but even trying to flag a bartender failed. I am sure she saw me wave. I also asked the security guard if I could pay and he said I had to ask the bartender, then just walked away. After another 5 minutes of being ignored, I walked to the hostess and asked if I could pay her. She said that I had to pay the bartender and I replied nicely that they are too busy for us. She was nice enough to get one of the bartenders to ring us up and pay. But then that bartender had such a bad attitude?!?! I do NOT think these bartenders like their job.. Sorry. Ambiance - Replaced the Claim Jumper. A fairly large space. Basically a LARGE bar, or several bars. I did not really see a dining area, but then I just wanted to leave after this experience. Service - See above. The worst is that all but one of the waitresses that were picking up drinks at the "service well" also ignored customers. Feels like this is the culture here...? Oh, the guys next to us said this is typically of their service... Price - $17, my buddy paid. Owner Comment - Congrats on your company's success since 2005 with your 115+ locations.
