Spotted this bakery on my way to drop the boss off at the hairdressers. Thought I'd give it a go whilst I wait.. the crispy pork I admit was pretty good. but the bread was like the ones you can get at the shops where you take home and oven bake yourself. Not that crisp and almost sour dough like consistency? Saw a bunch of middle aged Viet dudes sitting at outside tables smoking ciggie.. so decided to grab a Vietnamese coffee and sit outside as well.. as I did a Turkish family with teenage kids plonked themselves down in the next table.. we exchanged smiles as the father went in to order the same for himself and family.. this is what makes Melbourne GREAT!! :) oh .. hmm ...
