For Haarlem this is a unique place. We ate outside due to the beautiful weather so I can't speak for ambiance, but outdoor the environment is nice with sufficient cover from the sun.
We started with a few starters, which you should be aware, are single items. For example if you order a bitterballen (which has no meat btw) you will get one. One of them for 3 euros. They were all very tasty though and provided a unique take on some Dutch flavours.
We did the fondue for the main course. It was more Swiss than Flemisch, but very tasty. The veggies were fresh and yummy. Overall a very good course, but probably not 28 euros worth.
Service was excellent. Wait staff was attentive and helpful. read more
