I have loved Taco Libre since their first MN location in St. Paul. Excited to see them expanding all over MN. Was in Eagan and needed to grab food quick. I ordered online while running errands across the lot. My order was ready within 10 min. I did sit for a second but they had areas blocked off for cleaning and had the bathrooms blocked off, the chemical smell from the products started to give me migraine so I ended up just leaving. Loved the decor and colorfulness all around. I got Chicken Tinga Tacos & a side of rice. The tacos were good as always. I'd definitely stop here again for food. read more
