I ran into this fairly new traveling food truck at a car show in Merriam. I was immediately impressed with the cheerful, helpful, efficient, friendly and fast one minute service - nice! My "the best ground beef soft taco" ($5.50) consisted of a generous amount of a picadillo blend of lean ground beef, diced potatoes, a few onions and a splash of tomato sauce on a fresh, handmade, 8" flour tortilla. The blend was very delicious, but was served at a very high temperature. The accompanying salsa was a nice addition with a medium level of heat.
