Good things happen when you do good things.... I went to Staples on Colorado and Rosemead to return an online order for the GF and when I walked out of the store, I noticed a yellow food truck so I had to go check it out. It looked legit as I've eaten at quite a few food trucks. I asked the one patron at the truck about the food and he said he's a regular and that all the food is good. And, they are normally parked a bit further down the street in front the carwash yet were parked in eyesite for me leaving Staples so it was fate. And, I broke my own rules where a carne asada burrito is the first food item on a Mexican menu to try and I got a carnitas burrito instead (no beans). I guess rules are meant to be broken because that was some good carnitas and the rice was also really good with not only flavor but they cooked it right so each grain of rice bursts.
