Tacos Hola is known for their guisado tacos (stewed meat cook in stone caldrons). I tried the picadillo beef hash and chorizo con papa tacos on my last visit and both were delicious. I loved how soft the tender the ground beef picadillo one was and the chorizo con papa had great flavor! The potato in both really make the meat mixture so tender and I love the crumbled cream on top.
They were also featured on Netflix's Taco Chronicles and got a Michelin recommendation which is what brings in the large crowds at lunchtime so it's best to come during off hours to sit at one of their small tables. read more
