I had to mount a chandelier, but the socket was built into the room off-center. Taka electric was fantastic. They came out to my home twice, free of charge, to inspect the socket and come up with a plan to mount it. They then mounted it exactly where I needed and took care to cover up the furniture to prevent concrete dust from getting everywhere.
