This review is based on a return for my Mother n' Law. The store is in the Promenade Shops. Plenty of parking, lot and walk clear of debris. The store presented well with attractive displays. Summer sales rack in rear. I saw one employee at the register and two others working the floor. That seemed like a lot for a mid week. I provided a bag with returned item and receipt, as well as the credit card used. The entire process was easy and only took minutes. The return receipt was stapled to the original. The woman who assisted me was professional and friendly. She provided me info about an upcoming sale the next week and gave me a flyer to pass along to my wife. My wife loves Talbots, but I possibly have only been in the store twice. They have excellent quality items albeit on the pricey side. There are seasonal sales to look for. Also special promotions and trunk sales. Great store and friendly staff. read more
