Had a very negative experience today with a stylist who never bothered to introduce herself. I warned the 'stylist' of my child's anxiety about cutting her hair her response was 'tell her to pick a seat' pointing to two seats. My daughter chose a seat that was scattered with hair trimmings. She began without any actual interaction with my daughter. When seeing the situation escalate before she cut-I offered my child to leave where the stylist responded 'she's already in the chair you may as well cut....sometimes you have to be the mother'. As my child grew increasingly anxious the stylist stated 'I didn't think she'd be this bad' meanwhile at no point did she attempt to comfort her or calm her. When I became angry,the other stylist (who was amazing) immediately stepped in fixing the now half cut (which I can't understand why she even began to cut) and diffusing the situation.
